Argentina Duck Hunt - Jacana

Jacana Argentina Duck Hunt Brochure (PDF)

stephen022.jpgArgentina is regarded as the top waterfowl hunting destination world-wide for good reason: for the perfect combination of luxurious lodging, consistent hunting, and fast-paced shooting, Argentina is unrivaled.  Join us for the duck hunt of your lifetime at a venue that harkens the golden age of American waterfowling.

This Argentina duck hunting program is without peer and draws on the hundreds of years combined experience in staffing and preparing first-class wing shooting. Absolutely no detail is spared.

Conducted from the most luxurious hunting lodge in Argentina, this Argentina duck hunt features comfortable, well camouflaged dry and semi-dry blinds, quality specie-specific decoys and the equipment necessary to get ducks.  Every time. The travel itinerary can be custom-tailored to suit your hunting preferences or schedule.

After arriving to Buenos Aires on a morning flight from the United States, you'll be hunting ducks shortly after lunch.  Shooting twice daily, morning and evening, with plenty of relaxation and a mid-day siesta. The roads are good, the drives are short. Following another memorable morning hunt on your last day, it's back to the U.S. that evening or on to another Argentinean destination. To make sure every experience is a good one, 150 hunting areas are maintained. We shoot only fixed days with plenty of time for the birds to rest.

Gear and clothing is not a complicated matter for Argentina; rubber boots or light waders and field clothing appropriate for temperatures between 30 and 60 degrees are all that's required.  You may bring your favorite fowling piece for about $100 per gun customs fee or travel worry free and use one of ours.  This estancia is well-stocked with clean, reliable Berretta or Benelli 12 gauges, semi-autos and over-unders. Let us handle the worrisome travel details; your biggest worry need be only what to shoot next while duck hunting Argentina.

Video - Argentina Duck Hunt at Jacana

Among our growing portfolio are fine selections of upland and mixed-bag hunting programs, but to have experienced the best waterfowling is to have hunted Jacana Lodge.  Filmed on location in July 2010, this epic footage demostrates exactly why Argentina wingshooting is on every waterfowler's Bucket List.  More than a dozen species of ducks (and plenty of them) for starts, but the legendary Jacana Lodge program offers a rare level of service and amenities.  Morning and afternoon activities are precisely the same: ducks, ducks, ducks.
